    I have always been a skinny guy. I have always never been able to put on mass quickly. I have wanted to be at least 160lbs since high school and have only scratched it at 157lbs. I lost all my mass in 2008 due to sickness and was down to 135lbs and it has taken much time to build back up mass to reach the 150\'s. I then continued on to the natural ohio and natural northern USA where i won the teen class.
